Giant Frei Pico Island
Grape varieties: Arinto dos Açores, Terrantez do Pico and Verdelho.
Aging: On lees for 6 months.
Colour: Greenish yellow.
Aroma: Citrus and tropical fruits, on a background of seaweed reminiscent of sea breeze in a volcanic environment.
Flavour: Very enveloping in the mouth, with a vibrant acidity and a saline finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Salads, seafood, fish dishes and light cheeses.
