    Fitapreta A Laranja Mecânica

Grape varieties: Arinto, Roupeiro, Verdelho, Antão Vaz, Alicante Branco, Trincadeira-das-Pratas, Fernão Pires.
Vinification:  After the first pressing, they are macerated for about a week. Then we press again and the released juice is cold decanted with spontaneous fermentation, without the addition of sulphur dioxide until the end of fermentation, and finally complete malolactic fermentation.
    Aging: Stainless steel.
    Colour: Honey orange.
Aroma: Very exuberant nose, notes of candied orange, some quince, almost hints of late harvest.
Flavour: Full-bodied, super-textured mid-taste, greedy, but with plenty of freshness.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

Harmonisation: An excellent white to start a meal, such as a classic Foie gras pairing, or a terrine, a very interesting white in the transition from red whites, due to its intensity and concentration.

    Producer: Fitapreta

    Enology: Antonio Maçanita

    Category: Portuguese Wines – Alentejo
