Entre Pedras Efusivo Clarete
Grape varieties: Merlot and Syrah.
Vinification: Manual destemming and subsequent carbonic maceration at a controlled temperature lasting 7 days. Pressing before the end of alcoholic fermentation.
Aging: Stainless steel vat with ageing on fine lees.
Colour: Pink.
Aroma: Fresh and salty.
Flavour: Light, sweet and very salty... Azorean!
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Harmonises well with fresher, more acidic dishes, especially fish, salads and white meats! It should be drunk chilled and in a relaxed manner!
