    Grape varieties: Riesling.
    Vinification: Careful manual harvesting, gentle pressing, followed by fermentation and ageing.
    Aging: Large wooden barrels and stainless steel containers.
    Colour: Lemon yellow. 
    Aroma: Clear, pure and intense nose, with hints of wet, crushed stones.
    Flavour: The tangy acidity harmonises with the sweetness of very ripe fruit in this brilliant and wonderful Riesling. A Spätlese rich in character, with deep and intense flavours reminiscent of wild cherries.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.
