    Grape varieties: Chardonnay.
    Vinification: Hand-picked, slow pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels.
    Aging: 12 to 14 months with lees.
    Colour: Bright golden yellow. 
    Aroma: Notes of pear, green apple and apricot, white flowers, subtle hints of hazelnut and lees character.
    Flavour: On the palate, it is full and silky, with a fine, balanced acidity, where fruit and floral nuances blend with salty minerality, followed by a long, persistent finish.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Fish dishes, white meats, game birds, mushrooms and classic French cuisine.
