Famille Grossot Chablis Premier Cru Troëmes
Grape varieties: Chardonnay.
Vinification: Natural fermentation with native yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation and a long maturation period to integrate the aromas. If necessary, refinement with bentonite, followed by cold stabilisation and cross-flow filtration.
Aging: 18 months.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Vibrant nose, minerality and notes of wet stone.
Flavour: ith good acidity and freshness, salinity and stony minerality, with a long finish.
Serve: 10⁰ a 11⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish dishes, salads and white meats.
