Grape varieties: Pinot Noir.
Vinification: Hand-picked and rigorously selected grapes undergo fermentation with indigenous yeasts to ensure an authentic expression of the vineyard.
Aging: The wine is aged in French oak barrels, some of which are new.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Rich and seductive bouquet, with notes of fresh red fruits such as cherries and strawberries, floral accents of violets and a delicate spicy touch.
Flavour: Elegant and balanced, with fine tannins and lively acidity, fruity, mineral and earthy, with a long and persistent finish.
Serve: 16⁰ to 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red and white meats, mushrooms and cheeses.
