    Catena Zapata Malbec Argentino 2022

    Grape varieties: Malbec.
    Vinification: Cold maceration (10–30% whole bunches) for 2–10 days at below 10°C to extract aromas. Fermentation for 17–28 days and total maceration for 25–38 days.
    Aging: 15-18 months in first, second and third use French oak barrels.
    Colour: Ruby.
    Aroma: Elegant and fragrant, with violets, fresh blackberries, blueberries, chocolate, spices and cigar box.
    Flavour: Lively, succulent and juicy, with compact, fine tannins and an extremely long finish.


    Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
    Consumption: Immediate.


    Harmonisation: Gastronomic, it accompanies red meat, white meat and game.
