      Carlos Raposo Definido White

      Grape varieties: Old Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Rabo de Ovelha vineyards, among others.
      Vinification: Careful selection, pressing and delicate extraction. Natural clarification of the must in temperature-controlled vats. Fermentation after 48 hours, and malolactic fermentation took place in old cement vats (1962).
      Aging: 11 meses.
      Colour: Citrus yellow. 
      Aroma: Intense, fresh and mineral. Very present floral and delicate character, with notes of sea air, seaweed and white flowers, in a complex and seductive combination.
      Flavour: Vibrant, slightly unctuous, with a very present acidity. Elegance and complexity are associated with a long finish, with smoky and salty notes.


      Serve: 10 to 12⁰
      Consumption: Immediate or guard (potential for advancement).


      Harmonisation: Grilled fish, shellfish, seafood rice, white meats, sushi and vegetarian dishes.
