    Communication was excellent and the wine was delivered right on time, within just a day or two in Portugal.
The bottle arrived fully protected and in perfect condition, and they even chose a nicer box than the one I asked for, which was a lovely surprise.

    Barco Del Corneta La Sillería

    Grape varieties: Verdejo.
    Vinification: Hand-picked, selected and spontaneously fermented in 500-litre barrels.
    Aging: 12 months on fine lees in barrels and 4 months in stainless steel.
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Vibrant notes of white flowers, pollen and citrus fruits, evolving into hints of dried herbs and a striking flintiness. It is an austere and elegant bouquet, reflecting the high-altitude terroir.
    Flavour: In the mouth, the magic continues with an unctuous, chalky texture that fills the palate without weight, supported by vibrant, saline acidity. The finish is long, dry and persistently mineral, demonstrating enormous ageing potential.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Fish dishes, white meat, seafood, mushroom risotto and salads.
