Baías e Enseadas Arinto is a white wine from clay-limestone soils in the Colares region and schist soils in the Torres Vedras region, close to the sea. Fresh and very mineral, it reveals salinity in the mouth, as well as a balanced acidity.

    Baías e Enseadas Arinto Branco

    Grape varieties: Arinto
    Vinification: Whole bunch, with fermentation starting in stainless steel at a controlled temperature (16º - 18º) and finishing in used 225 litre French oak barrels.
    Aging: Aged for eight months in barrels, with weekly battonage.
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Fresh and mineral.
    Flavour: Salty with balanced acidity.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Fish and seafood dishes.
