Arvad Negra Mole White
Grape varieties: Negra Mole.
Vinification: Fermentation for 23 days at 16ºC in terracotta amphorae.
Aging: Ageing on fine lees in the same 750-litre amphora for 9 months.
Colour: Salmon.
Aroma: Discreet and very elegant aroma, revealing different characteristics throughout the tasting, dominated by cherries and wild berries, followed by enchanting notes of clay in the background.
Flavour: On the palate, it is elegant, vibrant and very smooth.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Appetisers, salads, grilled fish and Asian food.
