Angelica Zapata Malbec Alta 2020
Grape varieties: Malbec.
Vinification: Fermentation at 29º for 10 days, followed by maceration for 30 days.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels (50% new), followed by a period in the bottle.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Intense and complex, with notes of ripe red fruit such as plums, cherries and blackberries, as well as hints of spice and nuances of chocolate and coffee.
Flavour: Full-bodied and concentrated, with intense fruit flavours, hints of minerals and earthy notes, which are balanced by refreshing acidity and soft, velvety tannins.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: A gastronomic wine that goes well with red and white meats, as well as game.
