Adrianna Vineyard Fortuna Terrae Malbec 2021

Grape varieties: Malbec.
Vinification: Cold maceration (50% whole bunches) for 3-7 days at less than 10ºC to extract aromas. Fermentation for 10-19 days with a total maceration of approximately 8-12 days.
Aging: 14-18 months in French oak barrels. 1-2 years in old barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Red fruits such as cherries, wrapped in floral and spicy notes, as well as the wet stones and herbal touches that are characteristic of Gualtallary.
Flavour: Tense and full of tannins with a chalky texture, as well as an energetic and vibrant acidity that feels crisp in the mouth.


Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: Gastronomic, it accompanies red and white meats, as well as game.
