Grape varieties: Alvarinho.
Aging: Ageing on the lees in Jerez barrels for 18 months with a flower veil. This was followed by ageing in bottle for 18 months.
Colour: Light colour.
Aroma: A complex wine, with some fresh fruit in the aroma.
Flavour: Vibrant and complex on the palate, with excellent acidity, the fruit on the nose goes very well with the flavour on the palate. Long and persistent finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 to 20 years).
Harmonisation: Oily fish, roast meats and grilled meats.
