Fitapreta A Touriga Vai Nua
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional
Vinification: Gravity filling of the vat, with spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations, as well as a 15-day ‘Cuivason’.
Aging: 3 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Intense ruby-violet colour.
Aroma: Typical of the caste.
Flavour: On the palate it's quite fresh, with a strong expression of fruit, making it a very sweet wine with a different level of ripeness. No contact with barrels, which allows us to taste our ‘queen’ grape variety raw and naked as we've never seen it before.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: It goes well with white and red meat dishes, both in traditional and modern cuisine.
Producer: Fitapreta
