Grape varieties: Malvasia de Colares ( 80%), Arinto (10%) and Fernão Pires (10%).
Vinification: The grapes from three plots of hard soil are pressed whole-bunch and vinified by grape variety in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, with the blend being assembled at a later stage.
Aging: 10 months in chestnut and mahogany casks.
Colour: Open.
Aroma: Distinct aromas of herbs, citrus and green apple, alongside notes of chipped stone, with a slight smoky/reductive hint.
Flavour: On the palate, it is vibrant, dry and taut, with pronounced minerality and a long, salty finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Seafood, grilled fish and Asian cuisine.
