    Grape varieties: Ramisco.
    Vinification: Traditionally used by large rafters.
    Aging: Cask of brown and mahogany. New corks fitted in 2000.
    Colour: Brownish in color due to its long evolutionary history.
    Aroma: Highly complex aromas, with a predominance of dried cherry.
    Flavour: The wine has a light structure, with pronounced yet refined tannins, as well as a surprising freshness. The finish is persistent, with iodine notes revealing the Atlantic influence.


    Serve: 14⁰ to 16⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage (decant carefully).

    Harmonisation: Excellent with hearty game dishes and red meats.
