Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and others.
Vinification: Manual harvesting and destemming, vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 35% of the batch aged in new French oak barrels for 22 months.
Colour: Bright ruby with bluish hues.
Aroma: Ripe red fruit and wild black, violet, and rockrose, accompanied by a light hint of hazelnut.
Flavour: Moderate body with very smooth tannins, elegant and soft with juicy fruit reminiscent of raspberries and black cherries, with aromas of vanilla and slight roasting.
Serve: 15-18⁰
Consumption: Storage (2026-2036).
Harmonisation: Grilled meat, roast pork loin and game.
