Vinhas Improváveis “Intro” Red
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.
Vinification: Hand-picked. Grapes destemmed and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with classic pumping over. Remained in stainless steel tanks with natural stabilisation.
Aging: 24 months stainless steel.
Colour: Medium depth centre with a short ruby halo.
Aroma: Pronounced notes of wild black fruit, blackberries, violet and chocolate.
Flavour: Full-bodied yet silky, with light tannins and vibrant acidity. Black fruit such as wild gooseberries, ripe blackberries, violet flowers and a hint of chocolate. Generous fruit finish, long and very refreshing.
Serve: 15⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Grilled meat, roast pork loin and game.
