Vinhas Improváveis Intro Branco
Grape varieties: Viosinho, Gouveio, Arinto.
Vinification: Hand-picked. Grapes selected on a sorting table, then destemmed and pressed. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 20 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Bright lemon yellow, slightly concentrated.
Aroma: Aromatically subtle, reminiscent of citrus fruits and blossoming trees.
Flavour: Light body, with medium+ acidity. The freshness comes mainly from the minerality, which lingers on the finish. Citrus fruit is more pronounced than on the nose. Lemon and then white plum. Mineral finish, accompanied by delicate notes of citrus fruit.
Serve: 15⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Fish and white meat dishes.
