Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.
Aging: 18 months in barrels (225L), 30% new, French oak (90%) and American oak (10%).
Colour: Opaque with ruby halo.
Aroma: Black wild fruit, violet and sweet vanilla-like spices.
Flavour: Full and silky, with very smooth tannins. Ripe blackcurrant and black plum fruit, combined with a pleasant touch of oak. Long and juicy finish.
Serve: 15⁰
Consumption: Storage.
Harmonisation: Grilled meat, roast pork loin and game.
