Vinha das Penicas "À moda Antiga" Red Wine
Grape varieties: Old Vines (Baga, Rufete, Bastardo, Grand Noir).
Vinification: Fermented in open vats with indigenous yeasts.
Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by a year in the bottle.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: It has woodland notes, with wild berries and cherries, blackberry and strawberry, as well as notes of white pepper, tobacco box, leather, caruma and flint.
Flavour: A tense and complex wine, full of uniqueness and personality, as well as marked by freshness, balance and great elegance.
Serve: 17º to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Red meats, game dishes, cheeses.
