Grape varieties: Trincadeira, Castelão, Touriga Nacional.
Aging: 18 months in old French oak barrels and 1 year in bottle.
Colour: Ruby bright.
Aroma: Very pure red fruit very rich in young aromas such as strawberry, cherries, associated with some complexity contributed by the barrel ageing.
Flavour: Smooth elegant wine with character but of enormous freshness good acidity good gastronomic character.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Grilled meat, codfish in the oven, kid.
