Vajra Barolo DOCG Ravera 2019

G.D. Vajra Barolo Ravera 2021 comes from Novello. Its 28-month ageing in large Slavonian oak vats reveals an expressive nose, with aromas of raspberries, mint and orange zest, whilst floral notes and crushed stone characterise the mid-palate, alongside the wine’s characteristic salinity and very well-defined tannins.
