Colour: Citrus yellow colour.
Aroma: Intense and persuasive aroma.
Flavour: Structured but elegant, fresh and mineral, with a vigorous and vibrant aftertaste, as well as unctuous and with enormous persistence.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Baked fish dishes, white meats.
