Textura Pura White
Grape varieties: Old Vines (100%):Encruzado, Bical, Fernão Pires, Dona Branca (Síria), Rabo de Ovelha, Malvasia Fina among others.
Vinification: Grapes destemmed and pressed. Static decanting of the free-run juice. Spontaneous fermentation in 500L barrels and complete malolactic fermentation.
Aging: Aged with total lees for 11 months.
Colour: Bright greenish.
Aroma: Delicate aromas of citrus, cedar, pepper and a subtle hint of toasted wood. Crisp acidity and minerality, great ageing potential, despite still being young.
Flavour: Vineyards that impart density and complexity. Long and pleasant finish.
Serve: 10-12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Octopus rice, spicy curry dishes and grilled seafood.
