Textura Pretexto Palhete
Grape varieties: 70% Jaen e Alfrocheiro e 30% Encruzado e Bical.
Aging: Used French oak barrels and aged for 11 months.
Colour: Intense red.
Aroma: Delicate aromas associated with a more spicy character, with discreet fruit and some green associated with the use of stalks.
Flavour: A mouthful of nerve and acidity make this pallet a gastronomic wine, but very pleasant served at a lower temperature.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Grilled red or white meat dishes, grilled fish and grilled sardines.
