Textura Dona Áurea Bastardo
Grape varieties: Bastardo.
Vinification: Ferment in a press with 30 per cent of the whole bunch and macerate for 15 days.
Aging: 12 months in old barrels.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Delicate aromas of red fruits with an earthy character, as well as fresh and austere.
Flavour: The palate is full of fruit with a great sense of freshness and elegance, as well as dry but precise and textured tannins. It also shows great complexity, as well as enormous potential for ageing in the bottle.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or guard (great potential for evolution).
Harmonisation: Goes well with roasts, veal, grilled meat and octopus.
