Textura da Estrela Red
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional (50%) and Tinta Roriz (50%).
Aging: 15 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Slightly floral, fresh red fruit with vegetal touches such as redcurrant, as well as pomegranate and strawberry leaf.
Flavour: Marked acidity and minerality, with spicy notes of pepper. It has a creamy, persistent texture and is particularly gastronomic.
Serve: 16⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Roast duck, stewed squid or fettuccini with mushrooms and truffles.
