Textura da Estrela Tinta Pinheira
Grape varieties: Tinta Pinheira (100%).
Vinification: 30% whole bunch and destemmed grapes. Fermentation in a stainless steel press with little extraction.
Aging: Aged in 225-litre used barrels for 16 months.
Colour: Very open reddish-pink colour.
Aroma: Delicate fruit aromas, with a predominance of spices, such as cloves, and some vegetables.
Flavour: On the palate, it has medium acidity, marked minerality and very fine tannins.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Strong red meats, game, baked fish, strong cheeses and sausages.
