Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, cement and open vats, with maceration for 40 to 60 days.
Aging: 18 months in stainless steel and cement.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Cherries, ash, stone and cement.
Flavour: Fresh, with very fine tannins, polished and refined. A pure Sangiovese.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, roast meat, pasta and cheese.
