Vinification: Traditional vinification with temperature control (28-30°C).
Aging: 14 months in 59-hectolitre French oak barrels and 1 month in stainless steel.
Colour: Ruby suave.
Aroma: Ripe red fruits accompanied by spicy notes.
Flavour: A fruity, Greek wine that is very well-balanced, rich and elegant.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Red meat, game, white meat, mature cheeses.
