Vinification: Hand-picked followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 24-30 months in 500- and 400-litre French oak barrels from different forests and origins.

Aroma: Pleasant and intense, with a fragrant, floral aroma, with more red than black fruits.
Flavour: On the palate, it is very refined, with a fine texture and elegant tannins that convey a sense of harmony, as well as being full-bodied, clean, flavourful and long-lasting.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 years).
Harmonisation: Grilled meat, meat in the oven.
