Grape varieties: Chardonnay.
Aging: It spent 10 years slowly maturing in the cellars. 5% aged for 4 months in new oak barrels, a third of which are replaced every year.
Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: The nose transports us to a world of maturity and voluptuousness, exuding delicious notes of gingerbread, liquorice and meringue, as well as aromas of delicate white fruit such as vine peach, cherimoya and mandarin peel, which are subtly mixed with light hints of almond pastry.
Flavour: Mousse deste champanhe é fina, delicada, cremosa e cativante. De grande poder mineral, denso e rico, para além de aromas de fruta cristalizada e especiarias doces como anis e coentros. Um Chardonnay a mostrar o seu carácter iodado.
