Sottimano Barbaresco Bassarin DOCG
Grape varieties: Nebbiolo.
Vinification: Selection, followed by spontaneous fermentation. After maceration, it is transferred to wooden barrels, where malolactic fermentation is completed.
Aging: Oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Frutos silvestres, incenso exótico, ervas aromáticas e um toque de torrada.
Flavour: Expressivo e elegante, cereja vermelha, compota de framboesa, canela e anis, taninos tensos e finos.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: First mate or guard (2030).
Harmonisation: Red meat, ossobuco, pasta and cheese.
