Aroma: Ripe fruit with some jam, surrounded by floral notes of bergamot and violet, as well as great breadth and complexity.
Flavour: Volume and concentration of flavours without losing vivacity, complex and with polished tannins, as well as a long and persistent finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meats, typical Alentejo cuisine, game in the oven.
