    Scala Coeli Branco Verdelho

    Grape varieties: Verdelho.
    Aging: 12 months on fine lees with periodic battonage.
    Colour: Lemon yellow.
    Aroma: Austere and elegant profile, markedly vegetal and citrusy. There are also mineral notes of flint and wet stone, accompanied by floral hints of orange blossom.
    Flavour: A lively, incisive acidity gives it a crisp freshness. It is a wine with good texture, finishing broadly and long with notes of grapefruit and lemon leaf.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Fish and seafood dishes.
