    Rocche Costamagna Langhe Arneis

    Grape varieties: Arneis 100%.
    Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes and decanting. Fermentation at a low temperature of 16 °C for about three weeks.
    Aging: 4 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, with an additional 2 months in the bottle.
    Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
    Aroma: The aroma is pleasantly fresh and fruity with notes of white flowers and green apple.
    Flavour: The pleasant mineral structure is well balanced by freshness and sapidity.


    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate (3 to 6 years).

    Harmonisation: Excellent aperitif, goes well with starters, raw and cooked fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.
