Ribeiro Santo Pinot Noir
Grape varieties: Pinot Noir.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation for 20 days with gentle maceration, followed by racking into used French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation took place.
Aging: 9 months in barrels and 6 months in bottles.
Colour: Crystal clear with greenish nuances.
Aroma: Notes of red fruits, such as raspberries and wild strawberries.
Flavour: The palate is very round and fresh, with notes of sweet spices and a long, elegant finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Goes well with white meat dishes and cheeses.
