    Aging: Aged "sur lie" for 12 months in stainless steel vats.
    Colour: Straw yellow.
    Aroma: Intense and delicate bouquet of white peach, green tomato and elderflower.
    Flavour: Full and balanced flavour, confirming the aromas.

    Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or guardianship (6 to 10 years).
