Vinification: Very gentle pressing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation.
Aging: Sur lie ageing for over a year in stainless steel tanks with batonnage, followed by bottle ageing.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: Delicate aroma of citrus fruits and lemon peel.
Flavour: Full and flavoursome.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Perfect with starters, first courses, fish and white meats.
