Grape varieties: Nebbiolo 100%.
Aging: Part in Botti of 25 Hl Slav oak and one part in French oak barrels for 2 years, with an additional year in the bottle.
Colour: Garnet red.
Aroma: Notes of plum, violet and tobacco.
Flavour: Full flavour, with good levels of tannins and acidity.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (25years).
Harmonisation: A great wine for important dishes, ideally spit-roasted or grilled red meats, game, gourmet white and red meat dishes, as well as mature cheeses.
