Quinta do Paral Superior White
Grape varieties: Arinto (90%), Vermentino (10%).
Vinification: Manual selection of whole bunches, destemming and static decanting of the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature (12-16º).
Aging: 3 months in new French oak barrels.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Notes of orange blossom, ripe orange and lemon, as well as hints of flint and light smokiness, all refined by the time in the bottle.
Flavour: In the mouth, citrus flavours prevail, with hints of orange peel that give freshness and persistence.
Serve: 10⁰ a 12⁰.
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Ideal with white meats, fish, cod and seafood.
