Quinta do Paral Sparkling Wine Brut Nature
Grape varieties: Arinto and Vermentino.
Vinification: Whole bunches are selected by hand, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation of the base wine takes place at a controlled temperature (12-16º) in stainless steel vats. 50% of the base wine is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for 4 months, followed by the classic method of sparkling wine extraction.
Aging: –
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Deep, creamy, with a subtle aroma of candied citrus fruit and a hint of brioche.
Flavour: Extremely long and persistent, with fine bubbles of excellent texture.

Serve: 6⁰ a 8⁰.
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
