    Quinta do Paral Barricalha

    Grape varieties: Tinta Grossa and Tinta Caiada.
    Vinification: This is a Talha wine that fully respected the Roman technique in its creation.
    Aging: Aged for 22-24 months in specially selected barrels with appropriate toasts. Hence its name: BARRICALHA = Barrel and Talha.
    Colour: Ruby open.
    Aroma:
    Flavour: Smooth, mineral and very elegant.


    Serve: 16⁰ a 18⁰.
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Ideal with traditional Alentejo dishes.
