Quinta do Mouro Zagaluz Red
Grape varieties: Blend de Trincadeira, Petite Syrah, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Arinto, among others.
Vinification: Manual harvesting into small 20 kg boxes. After complete destemming and light crushing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24-26ºC, together with the pulp resulting from the pressing of white grapes.
Aging: 12 months in stainless steel vats.
Colour: Translucent violet.
Aroma: Fresh fruit, raspberry, sour cherry, cherry, red apple peel and violets.
Flavour: Light and mild tannins, notes of wet stone, crisp acidity, in a natural, light and elegant style.
Serve: 15 a 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red and white meat dishes.
