Quinta do Mouro Touriga Nacional
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: Total destemming, foot treading in the wine press for two days with cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by long post-fermentation maceration and pressing in wooden baskets.
Aging: 12 months in new French oak barrels, 3 years in the bottle.
Colour: Intense Ruby.
Aroma: Fresh aroma with brief ripe notes.
Flavour: On the palate, it is structured, voluminous and has well-balanced acidity. It is a wine with great longevity.
Serve: 15 a 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
