Quinta do Mouro Erro Z Rose
Grape varieties: Trincadeira.
Vinification: Manual harvest into 20kg boxes. Direct pressing with very short maceration of around 8 hours. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Aging: 9 months of approximately 20% of the batch in new 300-litre French oak barrels.
Colour: Salmon-pink, clear and bright.
Aroma: Red fruit such as raspberry and cherry with a very subtle background, some citrus notes, slight vegetal note.
Flavour: In the mouth, it maintains this profile, with plenty of volume, a captivating freshness and a well-defined acidity and dryness on the finish, with practically no hint of sweetness.
Serve: 15 a 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Grilled white or red meat dishes, pasta.
