Quinta do Mouro Erro B
Grape varieties: Arinto, Verdelho, Rabigato, Alvarinho
Vinification: Hand-picked, skin maceration of the grape variety blend and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats in full skin contact for around 10-12 days.
Aging: 12 months in stainless steel vats.
Colour: Bright golden yellow.
Aroma: Mineral, floral, somewhat chemical notes, not very ripe pulp fruit, and a vegetal hint that comes from the tanning process, along with slight oxidative notes.
Flavour: It has structure, is almost ‘tannic’, very dry but very fresh and with an acidity that is uncharacteristic of the Alentejo region, finishing long and persistent and being very versatile at the table.
Serve: 15 a 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Baked fish, white meats and cheeses.
